Modular Belting

For many applications, especially in the food industry, plastic modular belting is an excellent addition to the conventional conveyor belt product range. The material is rot resistant, durable and safe. Cleaning of the belts is simple and unproblematic. JR Power supply and fit the ProLink range from Siegling.

Due to its modular construction the ProLink system offers individual possibilities for the conveying and processing of numerous products.

All modules are available in the following materials:

  • Polypropylene - standard material for normal applications (+5oC and +105oC)
  • Polyethylene - Very low fatigue material, high flexibility and shock resistant (-70oC and +65oC)
  • Polyacetal - Virtually no fatigue material (-45oC and +90oC)


The ProLink system consists of five series, functionally designed for diverse conveying tasks. The individual modules are joined and made endless by inserted connecting rods. Any colour is available on request, in addition to the standard colours.

  • Series 1 - strong types for applications with harsh conditions. (pitch 50mm, standard colour white)
  • Series 2 - for conveying light weight goods (pitch 25mm, standard colours white/green)
  • Series 3 - For standard applications with light weight goods, with a particularly smooth surface for stability of goods when conveying and accumulating. (pitch 50mm, standard colours white/green/blue)
  • Series 4 - for conveying small objects which require a small reversing drum diameter (pitch 14mm, standard colours white/blue)
  • Series 5 - Curved modules (as pictured above) make it possible to combine straight and curved sections without transfer sections. (pitch 50mm/25mm, standard colour white)


Additional elements are available to add further flexibility and usability to the ProLink system.

  • Sprockets - available with various number of teeth and metric and imperial apertures.
  • Side Guards & Lateral profiles - available in various heights up to 100mm, in 25mm increments.
  • Reversing consoles - for reliable reversing of modular belt curves.
